I understand this Bill seeks to revise the Abortion Act 1967, excluding cleft lip, cleft palate and 

clubfoot as ‘qualifying physical abnormalities for the purposes’ of abortion. 

 

EU ratification process

During Cabinet Office Questions, I sought assurances from the Paymaster General that the process of the UK leaving the UK will not be allowed to fall because of the time needed to complete the “very complex” EU ratification processes.
