Government turns down Buckinghamshire's request to halt construction on HS2 without explanation (Tuesday 30 April 2019)

In yesterday's Urgent Question debate on HS2 in Buckinghamshire, the Government turned down the request from Buckingahsmhrie County Council and other councils to halt construction work until the Notice to Proceed is issued.
