Complaints about dealings with Thames Valley Police

Should any constituent ever wish to raise a concern or complaint regarding their dealings with Thames Valley Police, the most effective and efficient way of their doing this is to raise it directly with TVP, via 101.

A complaint can then be logged, all the appropriate information will be requested by the call taker, and the complaint will be allocated internally to be dealt with and responded to, with action taken as appropriate

(including if necessary investigation by our Professional Standards Department).  The TVP take complaints very seriously and I am assured that these are always given prompt attention.

Rt Hon Dame Cheryl Gillan MP
