VISIT TO CHILTERN OPEN AIR MUSEUM
Rt Hon Dame Cheryl Gillan MP popped in for an early autumn visit to Chiltern Open Air Museum on 7th September – when she was delighted to meet Sam Hatfield, Museum Director, and Elbee, one of the resident goats at the popular museum.
“ As ever, it’s a lovely place to visit,” Cheryl said. “ I’m delighted that COAM is taking a great part in the Chilterns Heritage Festival which is being organised by the Chiltern Society this month. On 23rd September, a private tour of the museum is taking place as one of the attractions and there will even be a chance for the visitors to play with the museum’s collection of historic toys.”
